The Spring House (oh = old house) near Cedar Creek, Texas is a 3,000 square foot 3 story home with 3 full bedrooms, 3 office rooms, an observatory room, a laundry room, dual zoned heat and air conditioning, satellite system (both DirecTV and Digital C/Ku Band), ISDN Internet access, and abundant ground level storage. We are remodeling and repainting this house and adding new windows and an extensive deck system with a 36' swimming pool.

The Spring Cottage (co) is a 2 bedroom first floor area with kitchen, bath/laundry area, living room, hot tub, (under construction), and a second floor efficiency (ef) room with kitchenette and bathroom. Shown in the picture is the new French doors and balcony.

The Spring Conference center and Retreat (nc) (new construction) is 2900 square foot multipurpose structure and features 8 12 x 14 rooms, 4 bathrooms, a second floor 18 x 32 meeting room with a 24' cathedral ceiling, spacious kitchen, living room and entrance area.

The Quail Creek house (qh quail house) (room rentals) is a 3,000 sqaure foot multi-level house near 183 and North Lamar in North Austin.  It features a 36' swimming pool, laundry room, local area Internetwork, and large living room.

We are seeking to provide a high quality of life for residents with expanding facilities and amenities.
